Dear Parents/Guardians,
Your child is enrolled in a Geography course at Erindale Secondary School this semester. Students were asked to introduce this website to you because it acts as an important communication tool between the teacher and students/parents/guardians. It also allows the teacher to provide additional subject specific resources and links to Geographic articles of interest.
Your child’s success in this class is a collaborative effort between your child, you and me. Please follow the Homework section of your child’s specific course for a daily outline of classroom activities. All evaluation due dates will be posted on the calendar. The calendar is also useful in the event that your child is absent and needs to determine the homework tasks assigned for that day.
Regular visits to this site are the best way to keep track of your child’s homework and upcoming evaluations. In addition, you can help your child in the following ways:
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about the course or your child’s progress.

- Ask if they have any homework to do and make sure they are doing it.
- Ask them to show you the Google Classroom learning management system used to support this course.
- Ask them to invite you to Google Classroom so you can access course materials used in your child's course.
- Encourage your child to attempt difficult questions on her/his own first before seeking assistance.
